I found this idea on pinterest, originally posted by www.thecottagemarket.com and they had some pretty cool ideas for upcycling teacups. I have a few with cracks I may try this with and thought I would share the idea with all of you.
I have been hanging onto this Sloane Tea tin for about a year now and today I had a chance to plant a little flower for my outdoor table on it. I am pleased with how it turned out.
I hope that you will have fun re using tea tins for planters for your outdoor tables too!
Thank you for joining me for a cup of tea and a cozy mystery today.
The table is set and ready for tea,
I would love to hear from you so please leave me a comment here or email me at karenmowen@gmail.com
Such adorable ideas. And the flower you planted is beautiful. I didn't know it was real at first. I thought it was made of paper. What kind is it?
ReplyDeleteI believe they are called Primrose. They come out here in January and last until well into spring. They come back year after year as well!
