Teapot Floral Arrangements, Just How Do I Do Them?

One of my lovely readers contacted me recently and asked how I make my teapot floral arrangements. So here is my not so secret way to create great teapot center pieces. I purchased pre-made floral bunches at Michaels the craft store here in Canada. I got them on sale for 40% off and they were from the Spring Collection I believe. I have had the green and the yellow ones for two years now and they are slightly less full then the bunches I recently purchased. I have purchased rose ones as well but they do not fill the pots as nicely so I use them in vases instead.  To make them fit in your teapots remove the lid, bend the stems up and gently press them into the center of the pot. Very simple and fun. My niece Thea who turns 5 in the next week has asked me for Flowers for her birthday just like Aunties so she can set her table the same way. Quite a compliment!
Thank you to all of you who have asked me in the past about how to make these simple arrangements I hope you will make some for your next party or your own cozy corner.
As with all my posts I would love to hear from you so please leave me a comment here or email me at karenmowen@gmail.com

  1. All of your photos make me feel so good, and make me smile. We had such a horrible winter here in Massachusetts USA that any photos of flowers and spring or summer were doubly welcomed. You are doing a wonderful job with the arrangements, tea cup photography and your blog. Enjoy it all immensely.
