A very busy week has come to a close and I am pleased to have you join me here again for a cup of tea and catching up on the weeks events.

 This week I shared a few tea time crafts, cozy reviews and a personal poem I wrote and hope you enjoyed.

This week I shared that I had finished the 5th book in the Coffee and Ghosts Series, Must Love Ghosts, what a great series this was. I am so glad I took a chance on it and purchased it!

I have been enjoying different teas all week and finding a few new treasures and experiencing new things for the last 7 days. Must Love Ghosts by Charity Tahmaseb

Must Love Ghosts is the 5th book in the Coffee and Ghosts Series by Charity Tahmaeb. I found this series a few weeks ago and I loved it. Book 5 was the perfect ending to a great 5 book cozy short series. The mystery, the relationships between the characters and the ghosts was truly special and does leave one with that delightful cozy feeling. Great paranormal series and one with many more books for me to buy, read and review. I am thrilled to have found this series and to be able to share my reviews with you. The length of these cozy shorts are perfect for that pot of tea on a rainy afternoon, lunch break and in the car between kids activities. This is a series I highly recommend.

On My Table and In My Cup March 11th-18th

This week I have enjoyed sharing with you some of my favorite series paired with my favorite Green Cups for St. Patrick's day and some new reads as well. Sunday I shared with you Gone with the Twins by Kylie Logan, a good read for sure. With a Southern Twist and a mystery you will love this one is out now and one I recommend picking up.

Book Four in the Coffee and Ghosts series on my table this week as well. I had the hardest time putting this book and series down. A great cozy short series!

Edited Out comes out in May and this was a book I really got into . This should be on your to be read list for sure!

Gone Ghost by Charity Tahmaseb

As you may know I am reading my way through the Coffee and Ghosts series by Charity Tahmaseb. I purchased the series after reading the first book which I found free on Amazon. These paranormal short cozies I have been truly enjoying and I have been reading and reviewing one a week. This is book 4. In Gone Ghost I found myself full of angst and worry. Charity did a wonderful job of making me as the reader feel like I was experiencing what Katy the main character was going through. I felt like I was assisting and participating in this one. I enjoy the length of these and the "ride" they take me on. Normally at the end of each book I put it down and wait to go on to the next one the following week but I could not stop myself  from reading into book five! You won't want to put it down. I am thrilled with my purchase of this series and I hope you will take a chance on it too. Everyone needs a great ghost story every now and again.

Katy Lindstrom is pretty handy at capturing ghosts with nothing more than coffee and some 

Tupperware. She’s an expert at catch and release as well. She’s never once returned a ghost to a client.

On My Table and In My Cup March 4th to 11th

This week has flown by and officially we are on Spring Break, however we do have hockey today. I have Hospitality and Homicide to finish today from Lynn Cahoon, this one is out in May and I am delighted to be almost done reading it so early!

Quite a lot of reading done this week actually this was the 44th book I have read and reviewed so far this year. I love the characters and relationships in this series.

Laura Childs Pekoe Most Poison matched beautifully with my napkin rings and spring tea cup. I love it when things work out. Great mystery too, no idea how she does it! Book 18 and it is out now.

Barbecue, Bourbon and Bullets by M.E. Harmon was a free cozy short I read this week. A good story, great mystery and a great deal, free at time of posting.

Another cozy short I read this week was the third book THe Ghost Wishperer by Charity Tahmaseb. Great paranormal cozy short. I can not wait to read the next one.

Oh Sid, such a treat to have a Sid mystery to read. I am thrilled there are going to be more of this series by Leigh Perry. There is just something so wonderful about this family skeleton that makes you want to read more!

I also enjoyed having the Book of Tea and Company, cook book and book of daily reflections from The Irish Country Womens's Association. This is a beautiful book and one I am so thrilled I ordered.

I am also thrilled to share a review with you tomorrow of Kylie Logan's Gone With The Twins. I am so thankful to have had so many wonderful books to read this week and share with all of you.

The Ghost Whisperer by Charity Tahmaseb

The Ghost Whisperer by Charity Thamaseb, gave me chills for all the right reasons and the warm cozy feeling you need at the end of a cozy mystery. This is book 3 in the Coffee and Ghosts series, one I purchased a few weeks ago and I am indulging in. Having bought the first series of 5 stories, I am spreading them out so the stories each stay with me just a little longer.
I love main characters Katy and Malcolm, and I how they use coffee and tea to catch ghosts. This story had a great pull and I love how this story came to an end. A very quick read, perfect for coffee breaks and a quick pot of tea. I think this is the perfect length for when you need a story diversion on the go.

Coffee & Ghosts is a cozy paranormal mystery/romance serial told over five episodes. On My Table and in My Cup February 25th- March 4th

Welcome to the first Saturday in March, and this week's look back at the lovely things to cross my table.  I was lucky this week to have the addition of four new tea cups and saucers added to my collection. A childhood friend brought me three of her grandmother's treasured sets and gifted them to be used for their intended purpose. I have happily used them this week. One of those lovely Paragon sets is shown above.

 This white and gold stunner is made by HM Sutherland and has a lovely shape as well. I was so thrilled to be able to read and review Rhys Bowen's newly released book In Farleigh Field. A very moving and powerful cozy historical, I can recommend this one easily!

I also shared some reviews of some cozy short stories Giving Up The Ghosts is a part of a paranormal cozy series I am truly enjoying having read the first one free and purchasing the rest, I am looking forward to reading and sharing more of these cozy short mysteries with you again soon.

On Tuesday I read Maple Syrup Murder by Grace Lemon, this was another free cozy mystery short. I enjoyed this one. I often enjoy a cozy mystery where the main character is a tad over 30 years old and this one doesn't disappoint.

I also read Maddie Day's When the Grits Hit The Fan this week, out at the end of March this is a 3rd book in series fans of the series will for sure enjoy! I thought the twist was lovely.

If you are new to my blog you may not know this but I recently found out through DNA testing that I am Irish. My mother who  was adopted and who passed away 6 years ago, died never knowing who she was or where she came from. She did always feel a tug towards anything Irish and it would have given her great peace to learned the truth. If you would like to read about my DNA journey please click here. Giving Up The Ghosts by Charity Thamaseb

Giving up the Ghosts by Charity Tahmaseb is the second book in the Coffee and Ghosts Series.
This story sucked me in from page one and was a wonderful paranormal cozy short mystery. It paired well with my rushed morning and gave me something to look forward to continuing on my journey between shuffling and picking up children. I love the way that main character Katy and her business partner Malcolm interact. I think this is a brilliant premise for a paranormal mystery series and as a lover of tea, this is the perfect series for me. This is a series I purchased and I have 3 more of these wonderful stories to go!

 Katy Lindstrom has used coffee to catch ghosts since she was five years old--a handy skill in a town with an overabundance of spirits. Now Katy wants to make her newly-minted ghost-hunting business thrive. Never mind that her partner, Malcolm Armand, is her former rival, not to mention a bit … distracting.
When a routine ghost eradication ends in disaster, clues point to someone close to Malcolm. But something sinister lurks in Springside Township, something Katy’s never encountered in all her years of ghost hunting, and something that has her doubting all her skills. It will take more than high-end beans and the perfect cup of coffee this time around. On my table and in my cup February 18th-25th

Another week has come and gone and so much reading has happened this week. Upon my table this weekend is Laura Childs Pekoe Most Poison, I could not wait until my hardcover arrives and dove into this advanced reading copy. Book number 18 in this amazing series.

Thinking of my good friend who this weekend is on her way to Mardi Gras this weekend and celebrated this wonderful cozy last Sunday on my blog. Body on the Bayou by Ellen Byron was brilliant and one I did not want to end. I highly recommend this book!

This week I shared 4 cozy mystery short stories all that were free on Amazon this week. A Scone Killer by Josephine Wiggle, about a new tea shop was a perfect choice for me and I think you will like it too!

Pains and Penalties by Sarah Biglow was up next and this very cool cozy is set around a comic book store owner. I enjoyed this one and look forward to reading more in this series.

Ghost in the Coffee Machine was so good I bought the series! Charity Tahmaseb has written a series of paranormal shorts, the first one shown above was so good I knew I had to read more. I down loaded the first 5 stories. I love that I have them waiting for me on my kindle app.

Friday I shared about  how much I loved how A Cue to a Kill was presented, not having read any in this series I did not know what to expect, but it was wonderful and I am thrilled I have another in the series on my kindle app to read as well!

This week I had the pleasure of daily puppy sitting/visiting my new "niece" 9 weeks old and cute as can be, our cats were not thrilled to make her brief acquaintance but the boys think she is pretty cute. Visiting her daily at my sister in laws has been fun.

Ghost in the Coffee Machine by Charity Thamaseb

I think I found a fun new guilty pleasure! This is another of the cozy short's I found this week free on Amazon and I have had to buy the series! Such fun and in such a perfect size for tea breaks (coffee breaks) or just reading on the go. Charity Tahmaseb has written several paranormal cozy shorts about a ghost hunter who uses coffee to draw out the ghosts she catches and releases. I loved the first one Ghost in the Coffee Machine and I have to say I bought the "first season" series of 5 books last night. The first one caught me from the start and the teaser for the second book sealed the deal. This is a very interestingly presented series in that each is presented as you would expect tv or mini series episodes. I think it is brilliant and loved it so much I invested in the series. At the time of this posting you too can down load this lovely first in series free on Amazon and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
